The immersive Back In Time Prague museum takes visitors on a journey into the past through unique interactive exhibitions that bring key moments of Czech history to life.
Located in the Máj building on Národní třída in Prague, the newly opened Back In Time experience museum guides visitors through a fascinating story, revealing the secrets of 1,200 years of Prague’s history — from its founding to the present day. The interactive presentation combines authentic experiences with education, bringing to life key events in the history of the capital and the Czech Republic across eight themed rooms. By connecting cutting-edge technology with physical installations, Back In Time delivers an exceptionally realistic 50-minute experience that fully immerses visitors in the story.
Back In Time presents carefully selected key moments, legends and historical figures from Prague’s past, all of which also played an important role in the history of the Czech Republic as a whole.
The Back In Time tour lasts 50 minutes and can accommodate up to 28 people at a time. Tours start every 15 minutes, with the first tour at 9:15 am and the last at 7:45 pm. The experience is suitable for children aged 6 and above.
In addition to Czech, Back In Time is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese and Korean.
