The legendary Spirála Theater in the premises of the Holesovice Exhibition Center, today the multi-genre venue Nová Spirála, has a unique circular hall with a revolving stage and seating for up to eight hundred spectators, as well as a small stage for music, theater, dance performances and corporate events with a capacity of up to 340 spectators. The dominant feature of the unique circular stage with a 360° auditorium, where there is no place with a bad view, are the two rotating telescopic stages that enhance the experience of each event, as well as the fact that nothing remains hidden from the audience at any performance in the Nova Spirala. Artists get on and off stage or perform directly among the audience from the auditorium, which ensures perfect interaction between the audience and the performing artists and a unique cultural experience.
Nová Spirála offers its own program, the possibility of using its unique spaces for commercial purposes as well as the possibility of cooperation with other artistic subjects - theater, music or dance ensembles. It is open to all interesting projects from the Czech Republic or abroad for guest performances. It is a place where all artistic genres are included, be it drama, musical, new circus, opera, sports or multimedia shows. The main unifying element of the entire program, created for the general public of all generations and genre preferences, is a high dramaturgical level and cooperation with established and emerging artists, giving them room for personal growth.
The new era of this Prague legend will begin with performances such as the musical show Spirála Revival, the drama show „The Bridges of Madison County“, the variety show „The Saturn Revue“, or the world-class tenor Pavel Černoch accompanied by the Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra Ostrava.
