Prague zoo, located in Troja district in the north of the city, is rightfully considered one the world´s best zoos. It gives home to 670 animal species, which comprises about 4.400 animals. Tho zoo is well organised, clean, family-friendly and easily accessible from the city centre by the public transport. It is situated in the beautiful location and offers some beautiful views from the top of the hill.

It features several restaurants and refreshment kiosks, children area with little pool, viewing train, chairlift. In the special children´s farm, children are allowed to play with domestic animals and feed them with special granules sold in slot machines.
