Pivovar U Supa
Located on the main tourist trail called the Royal route in the Celetná street, Brewery U Supa is the oldest hostelry in the city and one of the most noteworthy Czech restaurants in Prague. It is a traditional restaurant and brewery with a rustic look, where walls could tell you stories. The origins date back to the 15th century.
Since 1431, the brewery house has changed names several times. Situated on the site of a former malt house and brewery, it supplied beer to the whole city at the time. Oozing history and character, this grand, welcoming venue can accommodate up to 300 guests. The courtyard garden with a view of the historic fountain and a vulture statue and a terrace to the street also offer extensive outdoor seating , especially in the summer months. The brewery also has a private dining area.
If you want to sample authentic local cuisine in Prague 1, the restaurant serves brilliant Czech dishes in a modern way. Even vegetarians and even the smallest guests will find something to their taste. The brewery's most popular event, beer tasting, offers 6 types of beers with a detailed description.
